My HappyMind
Appreciate
This module includes a fair amount of reflection and is very much about the children learning to develop what we call an 'Attitude of Gratitude'. An Attitude of Gratitude is best described as taking the time to stop and think about all there is to be grateful for. The research shows that regularly doing this has a hugely positive impact on our wellbeing.
Shared responsibilities
In this lesson, the children will help Charlie set and follow some rules to help the environment as he tries to grow his ‘Love of Life and Our World’ character strength.
Keeping Safe
The children will learn how to keep themselves safe and healthy in lots of different places - at home, outside and even online.
