What to do if you are worried

If you are worried about you own safety or the safety of someone you know, it is important that you tell someone who can help. 

At school

Talk to an adult that you trust. You can ask any adult to arrange a time to talk with your chosen staff member. 

If you don't feel that you can talk to an adult, try writing it down and put a note in your classroom 'Worry Box'. 

Outside of school

Talk to an adult that you trust. This could be someone in your family, the police or a neighbour.
